Planning a project this year
You know what you want done and you need quotes, timelines and someone reliable to do it. Bring measurements and photos — several exhibitors will ballpark a number on the spot.
Every business on this floor sells something for your home — and every one of them is standing right there, ready to answer questions, quote a job and show you the actual product.
Sixty-plus businesses, one floor, two days. Comparing three roofers usually means three separate appointments across two weeks. Here it's three conversations across twenty minutes.
Not a call centre, not a lead form. The owners, estimators and installers work these booths themselves — so you get straight answers about timelines, materials and what a job really costs.
Run your hand over the countertop. Open and close the window. Stand in the shower surround. Photos and websites hide a lot; a display floor doesn't.
Ask what a job like yours actually runs, and how long it takes, without sitting through an in-home sales appointment to find out.
Many exhibitors are Green River BIA members working within a short drive of your house. If something goes sideways in year three, they're still here.
Admission is free thanks to our presenting sponsors. Parking is free. Bring the family, walk the floor, leave with a folder of ideas and no obligation.
You don't need a budget, a blueprint or a plan. Plenty of people walk in just to see what's possible.

Meet custom builders, developers and lenders in the same afternoon. Ask about lot availability, current per-square-foot ranges and how long a build is actually taking right now.
New homeowners get the most out of the show. Line up an HVAC service plan, a lawn guy, a pest contract and a gutter quote before the first season turns.
A leaking roof, a garage door that won't close, windows that fog. Walk the aisles, find the three companies that handle it, and let them compete for the job.
Decks, patios, pools, retaining walls, irrigation and planting. Spring is the busy season — booking in March is the difference between a June install and an October one.
No project, no pressure. Displays, product demos, community exhibits and the Master Gardeners. Come for an hour, leave with a Pinterest board's worth of real-world options.
A little prep turns a nice wander into a genuinely productive afternoon.
No. Admission is free and there's no registration — just walk in through the 2nd Street entrance during show hours.
Most visitors spend 60 to 90 minutes. If you're actively planning a project and want to talk numbers with several vendors, give yourself two to three hours.
Parking is free in the surface lots and the parking garage adjacent to the Convention Center. Saturday late-morning is the busiest stretch — if the closest lot is full, the garage almost always has room.
Absolutely — plenty of families make a morning of it. The hall is indoors, level and stroller-friendly, and several community exhibitors bring hands-on activities.
Only if you hand over your details. Exhibitors collect contact information for follow-up quotes and prize drawings, so give it out where you want a call back and skip it where you don't.
Yes. The Owensboro Convention Center has level entry, accessible restrooms and accessible parking, and the aisles are kept clear for wheelchairs and scooters. Service animals are welcome. If you need specific accommodations, let us know in advance and we'll make arrangements.
Space is available until the floor fills. Submit the booth application and we'll confirm availability and hold your spot.
Free admission, free parking, and every trade you need in one room. Put it on the calendar.
